SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Statement

This statement supplements the Lightkeeper Privacy Policy and describes how Alban LLC, doing business as Lightkeeper ("Lightkeeper", "we", "us"), handles mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent information collected for Lightkeeper's sign-in verification (OTP) text messaging program.

What we collect

When you request a sign-in code at https://app.lightkeeper.company/join or https://app.lightkeeper.company/login, we collect the mobile number you provide, together with records of your messaging consent and opt-out status.

How we use it

We use this information only to deliver the sign-in codes you request, to send the service text messages you have agreed to receive (such as letting you know your waitlist spot is available), and to operate, secure and troubleshoot our services.

No third-party marketing

We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data or SMS consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver text messages, or as required by law.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies; typically one message per sign-in code you request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out
