SMS/Text Messaging Terms

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms apply to text messages sent by Alban LLC, doing business as Lightkeeper ("Lightkeeper", "we", "us"), and supplement the Lightkeeper Terms of Service.

Program description

Lightkeeper sends one-time passcode (OTP) text messages to verify sign-ins. When you enter your mobile number at https://app.lightkeeper.company/join or https://app.lightkeeper.company/login and request a sign-in code, you consent to receive a single text message containing a one-time verification code for that request.

If you join the Lightkeeper waitlist with your mobile number, you also consent to receive text messages about your waitlist status, such as when your spot is available.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies: typically one message per sign-in code you request, plus occasional waitlist status updates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Lightkeeper. After opting out, you will no longer receive sign-in codes by text; you can still sign in with your email or Microsoft account. Reply START to receive messages again.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
